Mike and the team are the most reliable pool service we have ever had. They have been cleaning our pool for several years. Our pump went out last night and he had it replaced before the sun went down today.

Our backyard decking and pool in Fort Lauderdale needed a significant upgrade. Starting in January 2021, we interviewed several companies that could do the entire job (pool, pool tile and pavers) and others that could do components of the jobs. We were introduced to Michael from Aqua King by a neighbor. When we met with Michael to do the pool and pool tile work, he confidently convinced us that he was very capable of working with and coordinating with the paver contractor that we were hoping to work with. He was true to his word, and our multi-faceted project was well coordinated and perfectly executed between the two contractors. Michael at Aqua King was scheduled to come to do our pool and pool tile work as soon as the decking (pavers) was completed. Not only did he start on time, Michael started (and finished) a few days early! He provided very good directions for us to ensure the pool was properly cured and even came himself to make sure that our chemical balance was just right. His commitment to his craft and pride in excellence was obvious from our first meeting right through the duration of the project. As a matter of fact, at the end of the project we switched our pool maintenance service to Aqua King after several years with another pool service. When embarking on a project like this it can be quite daunting. Michael’s excellent communication, flexibly and willingness to work with other contractors set our mind at ease and we are completely satisfied with Aqua King’s work and would happily refer them to friends and family.

Great company with easy-going no-B.S. approach to doing business. I was looking for a pool heater for my new pool. Mike patiently answered all my questions and even had the heater manufacturer call me directly with additional details about certain specs. Mike had me scheduled for an install within a few days. The installers arrived on time, were super friendly, and the job was completed with no hassles within a few hours. I had talked to a few other companies prior to calling Aqua King and almost committed to purchasing a unit from a high-pressure salesman who tried to nickel and dime me on every aspect of the job (even though my job was pre-wired and pre-plumbed and about as straight-forward as they come). Aqua King gave me hassle-free, as-promised, service in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I’ve been with Aqua King pool for over a year now and I can’t express how my pleased I am with Mike and his services. His team always delivers and my communication with Mike is always very quick, he response right away. If I have any issues or complaints which isn’t something that’s very often because again his company always delivers, he makes makes sure it gets resolved right away. My pump started to leak and his technician came the very same day, took a look at it and fixed it within an hour or so not to mention I was provided brand new material and at a very reasonable and affordable price. With Aqua king I feel like family, they are very puntual and always meet my needs and expectations. I must say I’m a very picky person and I have a thing for details which I notice right away so if I’m writing this review it’s because I am beyond satisfied with their services. I’m always treated with much respect. If you’re debating on hiring them, don’t, you won’t regret it. I had a BAD experience prior to Aqua king pools and finding someone I trusted was very difficult but I’m very happy I gave them a chance because year round my pool looks AMAZING specially during the summer when it rains often the provide enough chemicals to keep my pool clear and beautifully.
